Experience

Since 2002, represents the interests of clients in civil and administrative proceedings;

Prepares contracts (sale and purchase, rent, concession, performance of individual works, etc.), procedural and other documents. Represents clients during their negotiations with third persons, prepares offers on the modification of the terms and conditions of contracts, including complaints and claims arising out of the improper performance of contracts

Provides legal consultations on public procurement issues:

Provides legal assistance in choosing the optimum public procurement procedure; preparation of the document of public procurement (Conditions of the Procurement Procedure, etc.); legal examination or assessment of the documents of public procurement; representation of the contracting authority or participants in the procurement procedure at the official authorities and in courts.

Provides legal consultations on the issues of construction, territory planning and real estate law. Represents clients in state authorities for the purpose of receiving construction and territory planning documents and development of the detailed plans; prepares construction and other contracts in accordance with the national legal acts and the terms and conditions of FIDIC contracts; represents clients in defending their rights and interests at the state authorities and in courts; consults on the issues of conclusion and performance of contracts of individual works and territory planning procedures.

Provides legal consultations on the receipt of the EU financial support. Assesses compliance of the projects with the effective Lithuanian legal acts and EU legislation. Represents the interests of the applicants in cases concerning disputes with state authorities regarding the provision of financial support.

Provides legal consultations on issues of labour law and prepares internal documents of a company. Represents during labour related disputes in courts.

Master of Law at Vytautas Magnus University, Certificate of Transnational Law at US Michigan State University.
