• Consultations provided to banks: HSBC Bank, the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Barclays Bank on issues of the law of the Republic of Lithuania during the issue of bond certificates of the Republic of Lithuania in the amount of 750 million USD (2010);
• As requested by the client AB “Lietuvos geležinkeliai”, was the leader of a team of lawyers from NORDIA BAUBLYS & Partners during the development of the legal-economic feasibility study on the transportation of passengers via a specific route and the legal and economic possibilities for the implementation of such a project (2010);
• Representation of the interests of  DUAB “MAI Lietuva” during the acquisition of UADB “CITO draudimas” (2010);
• Provision of legal consultations to banks: HSBC Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland on issues of the law of the Republic of Lithuania during the issue of bond certificates of the Republic of Lithuania in the amount of 2 billion USD (2010);
• Provision of legal consultations to banks: HSBC Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland on issues of the law of the Republic of Lithuania related with the security and performance of the issue of bond certificates of the Republic of Lithuania in the amount of 1.5 billion USD (2009);
• Representation, in cooperation with other lawyers of NORDIA BAUBLYS & Partners, of the Republic of Lithuania (with Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania acting on its behalf) during arbitration proceedings on the alleged breach of the Agreement on the Protection of Bilateral Investments entered into between the Republic of Lithuania and the Russian Federation (2009-2007);
• Representation of the interests of UAB ”Grundolita” during the merger of UAB “Grundolita” and UAB “Žemda” with the value of the transaction amounting to more than 12 million EUR (2008);
• Representation of the Toyota Corporation in the essential restructuring of the management structure and forms of the company in the Toyota Group companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia (2008);
• Representation of a Danish investor during the acquisition of a company engaged in the manufacture of furniture in Lithuania (2008 – 2007);
• Representation, in cooperation with other lawyers of NORDIA BAUBLYS & Partners, of the interests of UAB “Naftos gavyba” in the proceedings conducted by the International Commercial Arbitration in connection with a dispute regarding the possible withholding of information in the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement, and the resulting recovery of loss (2008 – 2005);
• Representation of the interests of the client, Farimex S.A,. in the bankruptcy proceedings of BUAB “Ekranas” (2011-2007).
