Experience

A practicing Arbitrator of the Vilnius Commercial Court of Arbitration and the Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Moldova. A member of the Commercial and Economic Cooperation Commission of the Republic of Lithuania and Republic of Belarus delegated by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Lithuania. He was a member of the team, who represented the President of the Republic of Lithuania during the impeachment proceedings in 2004. Included in the list of the publication “Leading Experts of the Worldwide Commercial Arbitration” (2009). He is recognized in the publication “Europe's Leading Lawyers for Business” (2009) as being one of the most experienced advocates in the area of litigation on the Lithuanian market. In the publication “Europe's Leading Lawyers for Business” (2010) peers describe him as "excellent litigator and arbitrator, who often participates in exceptional cases". Since 2010, he has been included in the list of Arbitrators of the International Commercial Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation. In the publication "Legal Experts. Europe, Middle East and Africa" has been identified as being highly recommended attorney in Corporate and Finance Law areas of practice (2012).
